Stephanie and I had big plans for exercise this semester. I made a significant New Year's resolution regarding physical fitness. We have been going to the gym or indoor track every morning since school started. Things were going smoothly...until yesterday.
Yesterday I began to feel a slight pain in my left foot. The more I walked around, the worse it got. When I woke up this morning, it was worse and it has continued to worsen throughout the day. I've probably stretched or strained a tendon/ligament in my foot. Looks like I'll be spending more time in the weight room than the track the next few weeks.

Hey, you better watch it, that may be what happened to my foot when I began excercising after a period of not. It turned out to be a neuroma and it stinks! Hope you get better.
As you walk or run slow down a little and focus on keeping your abs really tight. this takes the pressure off extremities and supports your spine. Keep at it though, the honeymoon 15 lbs doesn't tend to melt away as easy as the mission weight or the freshman 15.
